What is your returns policy?

After receiving the item, if your item arrives damaged you can return the item within seven days, you must pay the cost of the return. We require photographic evidence of the damage. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of food related items. If we have dispatched the incorrect item, we will offer a refund or send you a replacement free of charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to USA, Australia etc. Shipping to Europe, UK, USA, & Australia is free of charge for most products. We are happy to provide a signed for or tracked service for orders at extra cost.  Please get in touch for a price via email: dave@davoratrading.co.uk

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Romania & UK.

When will I receive my order?

Orders from Romania take 9 -10 days & in most cases items are dispatched next working day after we receive your payment. We send all items via PRIORITY Local Mail. Orders of items originating from the UK are delivered in 3 – 5 days.

What about orders placed over the weekend?

We work normal business days Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend or holidays, will be packed on Saturday, or Sunday & will be dispatched on Monday or the next working day.

Do you hold physical stock?

Yes, all items we list are held in stock with long BBE.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us promptly with your order (within 60min) via the website message service, otherwise we will start processing your order. If we have processed your order, we are unable to issue a refund, we aim to be as helpful as possible.

How can I track my order?

You can click on the link at the bottom of the website ‘Track your order’, for tracked items.

I haven’t received my order?

If there is a delay in delivery, in the first instance please contact your local post office or the courier company, or we can check the dispatch information for you.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes, we use Stripe an established payment merchant to ensure your information is secure. Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
