We send all items via PRIORITY Local Mail. Your item(s) leave our location the day after we receive your payment.

NOTE: To provide a competitive price the coffee will be flat packed & vacuum sealed in a food grade bag in it’s original packet & dispatched in a padded envelope.

All customers have received their items with no losses.

We work normal hours, Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend, will be packed on Saturday, or Sunday & will be dispatched on Monday. If there is a delay in delivery in the first instance please contact your local Post Office.

Redemption/Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us promptly with your order (within 60min.) via our website message service, otherwise we will start processing your order, if we have processed your order we are unable to issue a refund, we aim to be as helpful as possible.

Returns

We only accept returns if the item you purchased from us arrives damaged or the incorrect item was dispatched, the item must be unopened and unused in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging charges.
