Dr.Oetker Lemon Salt, more commonly known as citric acid, is a remarkable natural ingredient.  In addition to putting the pucker in your pout, it is a source of Vitamin C, an organic preservative, and even a ripening agent for cheese.

This flavoured salt can be used in soups and is great on fish or chicken.

Non Cooking Uses

Removes limestone from the bathroom. Clean the sink, shower or toilet using this citric acid-based cleaner. Lemon salt removes water stains on objects and limescale, so it is ideal for cleaning around the house.
