Ingredients

Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, butterfat, emulsifier (soy lecithin), hazel nuts, flavours. Cocoa: 30% minimum in the Alpine milk chocolate. Cocoa: 45% at least in the dark Alpine milk chocolate.

ALLERGENS NOTE:  CONTAINS MILK HAZELNUT, SOYA. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS AND WHEAT.  May contain traces of other tree nuts, gluten, eggs and milk.

We send all items via PRIORITY Local Mail. Your item(s) leave our location the day after we receive your payment.

All customers have received their items with no losses.

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address on checkout as we can’t be held liable for goods being lost in the post due to incorrect, incomplete or old addresses being supplied.

We take great care when handling your order and our professional staff will wrap your item(s) and dispatch your order as soon as possible. Depending on the time of your order, your purchase will be dispatched either the same day, or the following day. All orders are dispatched within 24 hour of cleared payments being received. This excludes weekends and Bank holidays.

NOTE: To provide a competitive price & to protect your item(s) are shrink-wrapped flat in a food grade bag & mailed in a padded envelope.

Please note: Our Standard service does not provide a tracking number.

We work normal hours, Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend, will be packed on Saturday or Sunday & will be dispatched on Monday. If there is a delay in delivery please contact your local post office.

Redemption/Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us promptly with your order within 60min via the website message service, otherwise we will start processing your order, if we have processed your order we are unable to offer a refund, we aim to be as helpful as possible.

Returns

We only accept returns if the item you purchased from us is damaged or you received the incorrect item. Items must be unopened and unused in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging charges.
