Ingredients
Echinacea (Echinacea herb)

In the culture of the Indians of North America, it has a long been a tradition, being an important ingredient for maintaining health during the winter. Known for its ability to support our immune system and thus, the body’s natural defence, echinacea was first officially mentioned in 1787 and recognised in the first edition of the Eclectic Dispensatory in 1852. Echinacea has been attributed to increasing resistance of infections to the body, the Dispensatory of the United States of America, 1918.

Comforting effect after each cup of tea consumed.

Administration

Drink 2-3 cups of tea a day. Pregnant women and nursing mothers can drink 2-3 cups of tea a day for 2 weeks.

NOTE: Not recommended in autoimmune diseases and in case of hypersensitivity to this plant

Preparation

Pour 200 ml boiling water over the tea-bag & leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes.
