Ingredients

The aerial part of the plant Taraxacum officinale L., fam. Asteraceae, contains bitter sesquiterpene principles, pentacyclic triterpene derivatives, sterols, polyphenol-carboxylic derivatives, flavonoids, vitamins (A, C, D), mineral salts.

Preparation

Pour 200 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon of the leaves & infuse covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain it.

Method of administration: 2-3 cups a day, 30 minutes before meals.

Storage conditions: in a dry place and at room temperature.

NOTE: Do not administer continuously for more than 3 months. If you still need this tea, you can resume the administration after a break of one month.

Warnings: Not indicated for bile duct obstruction, gastric hyperacidity and hypersensitivity to this plant.
