Directions for Use

Instant Yeast there is no need to dissolve the product in liquid prior to preparation. Just add yeast to dry ingredients. It is easy to store, is sure to succeed & ensures yeasty, light dough. K-Classic Yeast is a leavening & dough-loosening agent which does not need to be mixed.

This quality product does not require storage in the refrigerator or freezer & benefits from a long shelf life. The dry yeast is mixed with sifted flour & dry ingredients of the baking agent.

Instructions for use
No need to activate in water. Just mix directly into the flour & continue with your recipe as usual.
Allow to rise as normal – before baking.
These individual sachets from K-Classic contain 7g of yeast which is sufficient for 500g (3 1/4 cups) of flour.
