We send all items via PRIORITY Local Mail. Your item(s) leave our location 1 working day after we receive your payment.

All customers have received their items with no losses.

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address at checkout as we can’t be held liable for goods being lost in the post due to incorrect, incomplete, or old addresses being supplied. 

Please note: Our Standard service does not provide a tracking number. 

We work normal hours, Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend, will be packed on Saturday or Sunday & will be dispatched on Monday. If there is a delay in delivery first contact your local post office.

Redemption/Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, then please contact me promptly with your order (within 60min.) via eBay, otherwise we will start processing your order, we are unable to issue refunds if we have processed your order we aim to be as helpful as possible.

Returns

We only accept returns if the item you purchased from us arrives damaged or the incorrect item was dispatched, the item must be unopened and unused in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging charges.
