Preparation

Pour 200 ml boiling water over the tea-bag & leave to infuse for 10/15 minutes.

Safe to drink 2/3 cups of tea per day.

Do not consume continuously for more than 3 months. If you still want to drink this tea, you can resume drinking after a break of one month.

NOTE: Not recommended if you have an hypersensitivity to this plant. Can be consumed during pregnancy & breast feeding.
