We send all items via PRIORITY Local Mail. Your item(s) leave our location the day after we receive your payment.

All customers have received their items with no losses.

NOTE: To provide a competitive price the tea will be sent vacuum-packed in it’s original bag, in a padded envelope with the original box.

Please note: Our Standard service does not provide a tracking number.

We work normal hours, Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend, will be packed on Saturday, or Sunday & will be dispatched on Monday. If there is a delay in delivery, please contact your local Post Office.
